Bi-Fold Gate: 5.6 METERS

This bi-fold gate was installed in a three-story condominium in Mandaluyong City. It is constructed using galvanized steel tubular for durability and features heavy-duty pillow bearings to ensure smooth operation. As specified by the owner, it includes two service gates and two mailboxes. The gate has been coated with epoxy primer paint as a preparatory layer, with the final painting deferred until the completion of the building, per the owner’s request.

Installation of a Pair of Swing Gates at Xavierville QC

A pair of swing gates was installed in Xavierville 2, Loyola Heights, Quezon City. The gates showcase an Orthodox cross design that mirrors the style of the original gate. After fabrication in our workshop, we promptly delivered and installed the gates on-site, completing the process within one to two days.

A bi-fold steel gate was installed in a village within Commonwealth. This gate showcases a fully louvered design, made from 1.3mm thick galvanized sheets as per the owner’s specifications. It is treated with a robust epoxy primer coating for enhanced protection and longevity. This project was done last February 2024 where the client suggested 3 steel gates with different sizes that would cater his indoor swimming area. The project was done in Ayala, Alabang.

The use of stainless tubular T304, known for its corrosion resistance, for the bottom frame is a smart choice given that dogs frequently urinate on the gate, as the material will withstand this type of exposure. To ensure durability and easy operation despite the weight, heavy-duty rails and rollers were placed both at the top and bottom of the gate. This design consideration effectively distributes the gate's weight, reducing stress on the top roller, and making the gate easy to slide open and closed. The client entrusted us to construct his envisioned events venue on one of his properties in Taguig City. The project involved building an impressive steel tent structure painted in a pristine white color. The detailed design and construction process required several months of dedicated work, and the project was completed in May 2024.

Bi-fold to Swing Type Gate Repair in Bel-Air Makati

Supply and Installation of a 75-meter Wood Plastic Composite Fence

We completed a 75-meter wood plastic composite fence installation for a customer in Alabang Village. Wood plastic composite (WPC) has the advantage of being environmentally friendly, using waste wood and recycled plastic materials. WPC also has a lower maintenance cost compared to solid wood. The installation took place from December 15 to December 20, 2021, at Hillsborough Alabang Village.

Steel Gate Repair at Quezon City

Before the repair, the gate had severe rust damage in the lower part, specifically in the steel frames. The rust was caused by the frequent urination of the owner's dog in that area. To fix this, the affected frames were replaced with new ones. An epoxy primer paint was applied to prevent future rusting, and the entire gate was repainted. This project took place inside St. Ignatius Village, QC, and was completed on October 16, 2021.

Warehouse Sliding Gate Repair in Manila

The initial assessment of the gate revealed several issues. Firstly, it was hard to push or open, indicating a problem with its functionality. Additionally, there were too many top rollers being used, which could have contributed to the difficulty in operation. The gate was also found to be misaligned, further hindering its smooth movement. Lastly, there was rust present on the bottom part of the gate's frame. To address these problems, several actions were taken. The old rollers were removed and replaced, with only four new ones installed to prevent friction against the railings. The bottom part of the gate, located 40 cm from the bottom, was also replaced. Finally, the gate was re-painted. These repairs were successfully completed on June 18, 2022, at the location of Alfonso Mendoza St, Sampaloc, Manila.

Gate Repair in Pasig

On October 7, 2021, a steel gate repair project was completed at Cologne St. Mercedes Village, San Miguel, Pasig City. The bi-fold gate, consisting of four panels, had detached cylindrical hinges, making it impossible to open or close. To fix this, the damaged hinges were replaced with reinforced new ones, and the affected areas were covered with a steel plate. The gate was then reinstalled, aligned, and primed.

Entire Gate Panel Replacement in Makati

A gate repair was done on June 25, 2021 at Bougainvilla St, Dasmarinas Village, Makati. The repair involved replacing entire gate panels with galvanized sheets and steel tubular. This was done to make sure the gate lasts long and works well. Galvanized sheets and steel tubular are strong materials that can resist rust and other environmental damage.

Pillow block bearings replacement in Makati

The gate at 185 Salcedo, Legazpi Village, Makati was in poor condition before repairs. It was old, misaligned, and rusty in some parts. The barrel bolt lock and foot bolt were misaligned, and all the pillow block bearings were broken. However, the gate was repaired on June 31, 2021, with the replacement of all the pillow block bearings, repainting of the gate, and alignment of the barrel bolt lock and foot bolt.

Last May 28, 2021, a new steel louver-type gate was supplied and installed at Greenwood, Pasig. The work was completed on a tight schedule due to the request of the owner. The father wanted the gate to be finished before his daughter arrived from abroad. The louver-type gate provides superior airflow due to its design, which allows for better ventilation.
