At Corinthian Gardens, we are excited to announce the installation of two brand-new sets of gates. To ensure durability and longevity, these gates have been meticulously crafted using heavy-duty galvanized tubular steel and galvanized sheet metal. We have used pillow block bearings to construct these gates to guarantee smooth operation. We are confident that these new gates will not only enhance the security of our community but also add a touch of modernity to the surroundings, replacing the outdated design of the previous gates. The project was done on June 6, 2024.

Four Panel Steel Gate Installation in Manila

The project was done just in time for Christmas Holidays. This gate was installed last December 17, 2023 in Manila City.

Apartment Gate in Mandaluyong City

The gate features a straightforward yet robust design, constructed from galvanized steel tubing and sheet metal, and finished with a green paint. It was delivered and installed in Addition Hills, Mandaluyong City.

Modern Design Steel Gate at Paranaque City

Last March 2024, a client came with a particular design in mind. Of course, we made it into reality and even came up with the colors appropriate for his design. The gate is modern in style. This project was done last February 2024 where the client suggested 3 steel gates with different sizes that would cater his indoor swimming area. The project was done in Ayala, Alabang.

Steel Tent for Events Place in AFOVAI, Taguig City

The client entrusted us to construct his envisioned events venue on one of his properties in Taguig City. The project involved building an impressive steel tent structure painted in a pristine white color. The detailed design and construction process required several months of dedicated work, and the project was completed in May 2024.

Bi-fold to Swing Type Gate Repair in Bel-Air Makati

Initially, the gate operated as a bi-fold system with automated mechanisms. However, noticeable traces of rust have appeared in specific areas, and the functionality of the bottom roller has been compromised, leading to increased friction against the guide rails. The following actions have been undertaken: converting the gate into a swing-type configuration, repainting the gate, creating drainage holes in the frames to prevent water accumulation, and realigning the gate for improved performance. Warehouse Sliding Gate Repair in Manila

The initial assessment of the gate revealed several issues. Firstly, it was hard to push or open, indicating a problem with its functionality. Additionally, there were too many top rollers being used, which could have contributed to the difficulty in operation. The gate was also found to be misaligned, further hindering its smooth movement. Lastly, there was rust present on the bottom part of the gate's frame. To address these problems, several actions were taken. The old rollers were removed and replaced, with only four new ones installed to prevent friction against the railings. The bottom part of the gate, located 40 cm from the bottom, was also replaced. Finally, the gate was re-painted. These repairs were successfully completed on June 18, 2022, at the location of Alfonso Mendoza St, Sampaloc, Manila.

WPC Replacement in Quezon City.

The owner has decided to replace the old wood-plastic composite (WPC) gate due to the rusted steel supports. The new gate, made from steel tubular, galvanized sheet, and wood plastic composite, features a modern design that will enhance your outdoor space. The replacement work was successfully carried out on June 7, 2022, at Juan St, Hayaville Subd, Bahay Toro, Quezon City.

Supply and Installation of a 75-meter Wood Plastic Composite Fence

We completed a 75-meter wood plastic composite fence installation for a customer in Alabang Village. Wood plastic composite (WPC) has the advantage of being environmentally friendly, using waste wood and recycled plastic materials. WPC also has a lower maintenance cost compared to solid wood. The installation took place from December 15 to December 20, 2021, at Hillsborough Alabang Village.

Steel Gate Repair at Quezon City

Before the repair, the gate had severe rust damage in the lower part, specifically in the steel frames. The rust was caused by the frequent urination of the owner's dog in that area. To fix this, the affected frames were replaced with new ones. An epoxy primer paint was applied to prevent future rusting, and the entire gate was repainted. This project took place inside St. Ignatius Village, QC, and was completed on October 16, 2021.

Gate Repair in Pasig

On October 7, 2021, a steel gate repair project was completed at Cologne St. Mercedes Village, San Miguel, Pasig City. The bi-fold gate, consisting of four panels, had detached cylindrical hinges, making it impossible to open or close. To fix this, the damaged hinges were replaced with reinforced new ones, and the affected areas were covered with a steel plate. The gate was then reinstalled, aligned, and primed.

The gate boasts an elegant and simple design with grey as its color, with a majority of the structure made from strong and durable steel tubular. Warehouse Main Gate Repair in Las Pinas

The sliding main gate of this warehouse required repair work, which included replacing the lower portion of the gate, located 40 cm from the bottom. The entire bottom of the gate was found to be damaged and rusted. The team replaced the lower portion of the gate due to extensive damage and rust including the bottom roller which was also not functioning properly. The repairs were completed on August 18, 2021, inside BF Homes, Martinville Subd, Las Pinas.

Gate Fabrication and Installation at Paranaque City

The repair of the steel gate inside Bluebelle St, Sunvalley, Paranaque City was completed on July 15, 2021, which involved repainting the gate and fence. The steel gate was painted black to match the color of the garage and house, creating a cohesive look that complemented the overall aesthetic. Additionally, it was installed at a residential house, enhancing both security and curb appeal.

Entire Gate Panel Replacement in Makati

A gate repair was done on June 25, 2021 at Bougainvilla St, Dasmarinas Village, Makati. The repair involved replacing entire gate panels with galvanized sheets and steel tubular. This was done to make sure the gate lasts long and works well. Galvanized sheets and steel tubular are strong materials that can resist rust and other environmental damage.

Pillow block bearings replacement in Makati

The gate at 185 Salcedo, Legazpi Village, Makati was in poor condition before repairs. It was old, misaligned, and rusty in some parts. The barrel bolt lock and foot bolt were misaligned, and all the pillow block bearings were broken. However, the gate was repaired on June 31, 2021, with the replacement of all the pillow block bearings, repainting of the gate, and alignment of the barrel bolt lock and foot bolt.

Louver-Type Gate in Pasig

Last May 28, 2021, a new steel louver-type gate was supplied and installed at Greenwood, Pasig. The work was completed on a tight schedule due to the request of the owner. The father wanted the gate to be finished before his daughter arrived from abroad. The louver-type gate provides superior airflow due to its design, which allows for better ventilation.

The project involved the supply and installation of a steel gate, which is 11.5 meters long and consists of 9 panels - 1 fixed panel and 8 sliding panels. If you have a similar project, it is recommended that the support for the top railings be strong. The project was completed on March 27, 2021 and is located at De Castro Subdivision, Brgy. Sta. Lucia, Pasig.

WPC Panels and Gate Installation in Pasig

The project involved the supply and installation of a steel gate with panels made of WPC (wood plastic composite). I recommend using light materials for a bi-fold gate, especially for larger gates spanning six (6) meters and above. The top portion of the gate is filled with "WALL SPIKE" to prevent burglars from climbing over. The project was completed on February 27, 2021, at the Dona Juana subdivision in Pasig.
